“I wanted to create a small agency where the partners get involved in every step of the way” says JD. As a designer, he needs to be hands on regardless of the project, bringing his unique vision to the work. At Calliope, the client comes first, and JD has always adapted the proper style for each, initiating a trend of very satisfied clients. JD received his bachelor’s from RISD (Rhode Island School of Design) and his masters from Parsons.

“Traveling between both continents keeps me up to date and ambitious about the phenomenal evolution in design and technology” says Gabriele, who is based in Rome and manages Calliope’s European clients. Gabriele is interested in all aspects of the design process, and has a fantastic aptitude for brainstorming and coming up with innovative ideas that have helped Calliope push the envelope even more than usual. Of course, he has not forgotten about his passion for painting and fine arts.

Joining the team in 2012 from the far reaches of Scandinavia, Anna Maria's background is rooted in fashion and marketing. Bringing a unique edge to Calliope's vision, her language skills and global understanding of trends are essential in today's marketplace. Her passion is photography, so when she is not busy keeping us all in line, her travels take her to breathtaking places.

It is not often that a developer with such an wide variety of coding experience can also have an eye for detail. Aday is one of those mutations. Adapting to any coding challenge his keen sense of design allows for a unique perspective on all the projects we undertake. When he is not in front of his screen, surfing the waves of the Atlantic is his addiction.
