I must admit that finding crawfish for breakfast never occurred to me as I headed to the kitchen for my 4th espresso. Found my beautiful wife calling me in for a swedish meal only to face these little water critters as she explained the science behind slurping up their brain matter. Definitely a first for me. I'll be sticking to black coffee until the clock strikes 12 from now on. All fished out!
